The negative effect of the leaders in the network marketing
So much in the network marketing as in many other business models, the leadership represents something very important at the time of obtaining the success. “The effect leader” it is something that not only we see in the world of the business, but we see it every day in many other ambiences as for example in the politics, the social movements, the fashions, etc …
To be a good ider is not easy because a good leader is everything opposite to what most of the people understand like leader, a good leader is not a charismatic person, with skill to move to the masses and to communicate his idea of a better future. This is not a leader this is a commander, a person on whom the people fight not to fall down in the abyss of his fears, one presents herself where they deposit his hopes, someone who is going to save them.
But a good leader is the one that makes the others leaders, it is the one that knows that nobody can save anybody, it is the one that knows that each one is saved if the same. And this way it is as it directs and it works with a group, realizing the difficult art of stopping (and I say to stop) that each one extracts to the leader who goes inside, that extracts his real savior: the best thing if the same.
To extract the best thing of one himself (the best thing of the others) it is necessary to leave that the people are wrong, that it takes complicated courses, that he learns to decide for if same, etc … and especially that trusts in if the same and learn not to put in hands of the others (or in any external thing like a book, a skill of marketing, a company, etc …) his salvation or his success.
The negative effect of the leaders is the one that stems from the false leader or commander, this one simply limits himself to promising the salvation and to increasing the number of persons in his “idiots factory”. And this is the negative effect of the leaders: the trickle of water of idiots who leave after them infected by their own "tontura" (that of the supposed leader).
In the marketing multilevel or network marketing and in many other business the negative effect of the leaders also allows to be evident, and very much.
Although all this can be applied to any business, I refer with more emphasis to the network marketing because I am employed at him and because it is a business in that subrraya great, great, the need to be a big leader to have a well big and productive work network.
And as you will be already thinking about the network marketing the negative effect of the leader (of the false leader) causes ravages and makes thousands of defeats …: why? because the people are looking someone who solves the life to them, and because the leaders are looking for the people to whom to solve the life … and this is something impossible, so much one like other.
Surely I believe in the help, in realizing a good support with the affiliates, in offering good resources and training, in the collaboration, in the work in team and in everything what supposes an advance inside my networks of network marketing, but the key of the success is that with the time each one is his own leader and assumes the responsibility of his defeats and of his successes. If it assumes it, both his successes and his defeats will make him grow, and this is the real leader, which grows every day and which to make grow to the others.

I believe that the negative effect of the leaders in the multilevel departs from the immediate concept in the mind of all, and the impossibility that such a concept fits in the business model of marketing of networks.
In fact the nucleus, or the extract, of the networks marketing is the independence, so much financier as of operation. In few business models it is more true than in the multilevel. The business is individual, own and the only in his methods and forms.
The same concept of “team“ is debatable. The sponsor, when also he promotes the same business opportunity corresponds more to a competitor than to an associate: it has, in general, more experience (more time in the business) and better hardware to work. Nevertheless … the work of his affiliates is what it gives him to gain more money.
In spite of everything it, the people continue, like sponsors, promoting the sale of the products and the affiliation of more and more direct … forgetting of empoderar his associates so that in turn they do the business … and give to him to gain money.
Said otherwise: it is interesting to him more to consolidate his prestige of “leader“ than to gain a lot of money.
