We all know the important of this skill inside the business, it is the one that does that a small ship in problems lives and comes to the shore or sinks with the first windstorm that blows in his against. But: How to do to transmit it in line? It is where great we get lost and stops that our ship sinks.
The Internet for his nature is impersonal, of equal way it is more difficult to obtain the confidence of a person across the above mentioned way. But the leadership and the written motivation can do miracles, the denotation of your phrases and the skill to avoid difficulties they can do that they feel that You are the leader.
To be a leader if the same it does not serve as anything, a captain without small ship will be able to sail, as well as, you have to find the goals to be continued and to look the persons who can come with you to these goals. More not only it is a question of being in charge if not of facing and of bearing the attacks of a brave Sea as it it is the Market and the Competition, nobody wants to transfer a piece of the cake, you have to earn it.
On having initiated a business, we all chase something together, to see to this project to grow, not to survive. Therefore we must be prepared with information, analysis, approach with your client and especially patience that you are not going to do millionaire overnight. He remembers whenever to construct a higher tower you have to form a few good foundations.
To conclude already I would like mentioning that a leader is not who orders and re-takes, he is who faces and teaches, simultaneously that he has being able to recognize his errors, not only his victories.
