A good way of losing your time and your work
A good way of throwing your work to the garbage and of losing months of dedication is creating and writing a blog with the free platform of wrodpress.com. Since you will know already and if I do not explain it to you, wordpress.com it is a platform that a free servico offers to create blogs (hosting and domain). Logically that the free servico has many limitations and is subject to the politics of the company. Finally, that your blog is not yours if not of wordpress.com.
The biggest problem is that in any moment they can close the blog to you and you lose this way all the realized work, the politics of wordpress.com is completely ambiguous and general therefore they can close practically any blog.
This is something that can happen to us also with other free platforms and like raisin with everything, there are someone that abuse the power that they exercise on having offered a free servico and others that not. In my opinion based on my experience wordpress.com it is a place where it is very little advisable to take a blog as these motives.
I already mentioned in a previous post how this type of free platforms can be used to promote our business online and our web sites, these platforms can be a good source of traffic and of linkage, but you must never use them to develop in them your permanent and serious projects.
If you are going to create a blog or a web with future perspectives, with continuity and that it constitutes one of the bases of your business online or any other activity that you do in Internet, it is advisable that you spend some money in your own hosting and domain. This will give you the entire control of your place and the safety of having something of yours did not hold to excessive politics.
Surely every company can have the politics that he wants, here only I am advising not to use wordpress.com because in any moment they close your blog to you without at least not even to give you a motive. One notices that they have closed a blog to me in wordpress.com? Very well, I cannot hide my annoyance that I make use for transladarte of my experience as recommendation.
You can use wordpress.com to create one or more blogs for the purpose of writing some sporadic articles about the subject-matter of your business or of your web site with that to obtain some linkage and some traffic, but I do not recommend to happen hence.
And if for the motive that is you have no means to buy your own hosting and domain, perhaps be a better idea to come to a place more trustworthy than wordpress.com, perhaps a place with less power but more nearby in that we could consult the politics and treat the disagreements of a more human form.
Separate mention is deserved wordpress.org (not confudir with wordpress.com) that is the best system of management of contents for blogs that exists today, a system also free with that you can manage the contents of your blog with hosting and domain proper.

Hello Eduardo, my opinion without fortitude of desanirmarte and if of facing you it is the following one … Almost all these programs of PTC are a rip-off, let's be in particular it it is, nobody would pay 1 $ for a clic, that does not even His Google that is the most powerful company of Internet.
As I say to you, almost they all are a rip-off, but not all. Those who are not straight a rip-off simply will make you lose your valuable time, you are not going to gain money with these systems (I imagine that as with everything there are always exceptions)
I would recommend to you to head for something more serious than in the long run if that could give you a few extra income. Although I confess to you that many that now we are in business online we should begin trying with this type of programs that if that can be a way of starting and of learning as this works of gaining money for Internet. And skylight, also there are an excellent way of realizing that these programs do not serve to gain money.
